Pros

Great benefits, culture and flexibility. Great job for those looking to have a full gambit of experience to apply to resume

Cons

Pay is extremely volatile, you can work your tail off as hard as you’d like but if client is late on pay then commission comes back out. Not a lot of room for growth unless you find a way to monopolize a specific vertical, even then commission can still be charged back.

Pros

I love working at Hearst in the Baltimore, Maryland market. I have worked for many radio stations over the past nearly 40 years and this is one of the best companies as far as working environment. I really feel cared for here.

Cons

On a personal level, I've had a hard time getting full time employment within the company, which is discouraging. Also, it takes forever for management to make hiring decisions.
