Pros

Hearst has a lot of job opportunities in different departments, so you can explore different roles and grow your career. Many employees stick around for years, and it is for a reason. Hearst values diversity and inclusion, making it a friendly place where creativity and teamwork thrive. They have great benefits and continue to add new ones. At my TV station, everyone works together well and supports each other. They are also very supportive of local communities, actively getting involved and making a positive impact beyond the office walls.

Cons

The pay for some positions are considered low compared to others in the industry. Also, they do require to work on-site, which might not suit people who prefer working from home or need more flexibility.
