Pros

Good, stable company. Easy to work 40 hours/week, management friendly but aloof. Hours are not great but they are consistent. Benefits include good healthcare plan and 401k with company contributions.

Cons

Pay was near the bottom of the market payscale, not much potential to grow one's career there.

Pros

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the job is always interesting. You are asked to wear many hats so you get to learn all the different things there are to do when working on producing a news cast.

Cons

Producers and Directors seem to generally dislike each other.
