Hey...it's a job. Coworkers are great.

Cons

It's all about the numbers. They give you a monthly number but it's really about weekly numbers. Processes are not robust. Compensation systems favor the company when it comes to commissions.

Communication between papers within our group is poor and too often ineffectual in resolving problems. Salaries are far below industry.
