Pros

Exposure to the industry Going on sales calls and client appointments Hosting entertaining events at nice places like nail salons, drybar, blue mercury etc. Easy hours 9-5, plus overtime Gym and nurse-practitioner on site

Cons

The salary is a joke for anyone not getting help from their parents. Hard to move up internally Dealing with big personalities and ridiculous requests

Pros

It was easy to get hired there because the salaries are generally low. Employees that churned out the most work were rewarded, even if their copy was badly written.

Cons

They were so eager to get the client websites live so they could start billing right away. This led to angry clients that made massive changes or an entire revamp. Double work!
