Pros

Great people and environment, lots of learning experience. Higher-ups are interested in making you better at your job and are focused on teaching you how to improve.

Cons

I interned here, so the only con would have been that I was not getting paid for my internship. However, there were many other benefits to working here.

Pros

Freebies, awesome environment, great cafeteria food, made some good connections for the industry and everyone tends to be very nice

Cons

Lot of other interns, my advisor ask me not to just talk to the top editors after i asked if they wanted a snack that I brought in for the office and their doors were all open. Didn't know offering food was a bad thing as an intern.
