Pros

The team was awesome and the work environment was very encouraging. Most sales departments can get very cutthroat and competitive. Not this one! We worked together as a team to help peers close deals. It was a very high stress environment but working with that team was incredible.

Cons

It was very high stress and there was a lot of pressure to perform right out of the gate. They offered a 2 week long training session that was incredibly helpful but it was a ton of information, a lot of which I didn't understand. So when I got out into the field I was a little lost and that was frustrating but over all, it was a positive experience.
