Pros

Solid media group considering the turmoil most of the industry is going through these days. They keep their assets diversified and that helps guarantee revenue other than the one coming from their Media Group. Support innovative initiatives and push for change.

Cons

Upper management is very disengaged from employees, lack of employee retention policy, fast and furious turnover, sometimes confusing management strategy.

The other reps are nice people.

Cons

All levels of management lie to everyone including their customers. Products don't work.They don't value loyalty and change direction too often. I don't expect the LocalEdge division of Hearst to be around more than 2 years.
