work life balance, support staff, great seminars, real sense of community, great cafeteria, strong relationships between coworkers, offers academic credit

Cons

Little tasks for interns, often forced to do menial tasks, poor scheduling, little preparation for career outside of the internship and no real room for mobility

Great contacts, experience and very fulfilling. Your input is valued and the perks of receiving products and gifts and attending events is very high.

Cons

Long hours, high pressure and very high expectations. The compensation is very little in comparison to living in New York City and the job.

Always a lot of interesting projects and events happening around you, people do seem to care about the work that they do and the building is amazing

Does not really have many opportunities for interns to get involved, difficult to communicate to other functions of the company.
