Pros

Great products and brands Creative change to come

Cons

Minimal company incentives Minimal opportunities to mingle outside your department Very very hierarchical structure, so bottom levels don't get to communicate to those at the top, tricky if a link in the communication chain is not approachable CEO a little too confident in his ideas too early, has not yet got to know the people working for him. Expectation to work overtime with no bonus or incentives or potential payrises.
