Pros

Established company and a difficult to come by full time position in media. If you get lucky you might find a safe little hidey hole in the big tower where you can make your work.

Cons

The current Head of Video Programming is incompetent and the department is a revolving door. This legacy media company has no idea how to treat its video employees, which makes sense because they have an entrenched magazine model.

Pros

Can earn good commission if Hearst doesn't figure out a way to steal it back!

Cons

Company doesn't care about its employees at all. High turn over rate.
