Pros

Work 1 day from home; Can choose working hours (after confirmation with manager); So long as you are autonomous and ambitious, no micro-management: Can have a direct impact on the business - since new CEO joined, excellent atmosphere; Great central location (Carnaby Street, moving soon to Leicester Square); The team are amazing.

Cons

Office is rather small, but that's soon to change.

Pros

You get to network with people who are in positions to help you move your career forward.

Cons

Entry level wages are low and the company expects you to accept that reality under the premise of riding it out now to "get ahead" later--which may or may not happen.
