Pros

If you are willing to work hard and go above and beyond the job description, there are lots of opportunities to learn about the business and move up

Cons

Job security can be an issue in this ever-changing media business. It is a fast-paced industry that is not for the lazy or the unmotivated employee as you often work long hard hours.

Pros

Great benefits and perks with beautiful cafeteria, on site nurse, full gym, and wide range of classes and seminars. Gorgeous building in a good location. Nice interesting co-workers (depends on your division). Secure corporate environment.

Cons

Long hours. Nothing really bad to say.

Pros

I have been working there for over a year on a part time basis. I know I do a great job. You would think they would offer me a full-time position at some point. The pay is fair and the benefits are very good if you're a full-time employee.

Cons

I would like to advance with the company but there doesn't seem to be a right time fore you move up to full time in over a year.
