Great Work/Life Balance. Bad Pay/Title Equality

Pros

- Work/life balance is great. - You get actual holidays off, which is rare for digital media. - People are kind. - Lots of in-building facilities (cafeteria, gym, doctor) that add ease to employment.

Cons

- People with the same titles don't do the same work. - Salary discrepancies are HUGE. (I make 25% less than a male colleague with a lower title and less experience) - Communication from the higher-ups isn't the best. - Smaller teams get shafted BUG TIME!
