Pros

Your co-workers are great people in a fun environment. The various brands are a great thing to say you've worked for. The office location is excellent for food, socialising and transport.

Cons

Non-core brands get overlooked or shut down because management don't invest in them until it's too late, low pay in comparison to other companies, poor career progression in some roles.
