Pros

-- Good work/life balance -- Plenty of interesting work to take on -- Mostly good management

Cons

-- Antiquated business model = many challenges to profitability moving forward -- Recent layoffs and reorgs mean a good deal of chaos -- They've begun offshoring technical jobs overseas -- Big, old company, lots of red tape -- Decision making can be painstakingly slow -- Pay isn't super competitive

Pros

Decent pay if you stumble into a team that makes money for the parent company.

Cons

Very sloppy company, especially for one in communications. Little-to-no support for employees.
