Pros

Tons of perks and great events participating with the advertising partners. Most of the people are very personable. Its very easy to create positive working relationships and friendships both within the company and across industries.

Cons

Its largely print publications, and it can be a bit "Devil Wears Prada" from leadership. You need to assert boundaries with leadership or they will take eat your personal time. They operate under the culture of "you need this job, so do what we say"... Its not entirely detrimental, its just a bit of a politics game such that you need to upward manage or management will walk over you.
