Pros

Iconic Magazine Media Brands that people love!

Cons

New president that has a very short term outlook, and presumes he’s the smartest person in the room. Making change can be necessary, but doing it in a way that has total disregard for people and the brands that have sustained the company for many years isn’t wise or in keeping in the spirit of very decent Vice-Chairman who built the Company, Frank Bennic. Staff is anxious and many previously loyal employees are seeking employment elsewhere.

Pros

Flexible hours Lots of opportunity to learn Progressive

Cons

Vacuous Very much a culture of "if you're good, you're important", if you find it tough 2-4 months there's no support. Some of the heads of departments are flat out bullies Narcissism
