Pros

Large corporation benefits packages are attractive. Hearst recently added paternity leave. I'm happy with my pay and feel comfortable asking for a raise if I wasn't happy. My colleagues locally are friendly and easy to work with. I'm satisfied with the management team.

Cons

Hearst is enormous. You are a small cog in the wheel here for sure.
