- Nice offices and facilities - Lots of cool, talented people (not in management or executive positions) - Good work-life balance

Cons

- Ridiculously low pay - Repetitive, soul-crushing work; very little opportunity to be creative - Micro-management by upper-level producers - workplace culture verged on toxic; lots of ego and manipulation by people in charge
