Pros

Great people, plenty of benefits and team-building initiatives. Hearst UK tries incredibly hard to take care of its employees. Unfortunately (because hey, media) constant cost-cutting meant this initiatives fell a bit flat.

Cons

Incredibly low salary for writers, felt as though redundancies were constantly hanging over our heads.

- My area (Agile) within Digital Media was great

Cons

- Management was actively trying to get rid of my position and other like it - Completely let go of the entire QA department, putting more responsibility on product
