Pros

Company was just fine. I had no systemic issues with Hearst and they liked to promote from within the company.

Cons

The pay is dismal but that's true in the whole industry. They require contracts for way too many job positions - not just on-camera roles.

great collaboration, amazing team of people, strong ownership in your work but with plenty of support.

can feel very corporate at times, more on the commercial content side, and some struggles with hierarchy.
