Pros

Leadership takes care of its employees. You will always see an email before the holiday that you can leave office after lunch. They use state of art technology

Cons

Not much to mention except that they don't match full dollars in 401K

Pros

great experience to work for large, well-known brand and in proximity to so many big names, great for anyone new to media, solid benefits that come with working for a large corporation

Cons

Competitive, often rigid culture that discouraged upward mobility, bad salary ranges especially for mid-level employees. Bad work/life balance is encouraged - those who work longer hours or suck up to high level employees are very much rewarded. Editorial is driven almost solely by traffic success rather than good reporting.
