Pros

Due to the incredible amount of turnover, there was a vacuum of real leadership. Only during this time did I have some freedom to do decent work.

Cons

It was an untenable situation. One top tier leader had a penchant for bullying and harassment to keep metrics moving--and all the other leaders followed. Negative reinforcement has never inspired any employee, so once they got wind of this, they quickly left or were forced to leave.
