Pros

It's a diversified company with no traditional shareholders, so it's very stable. National leadership never meddled with newsroom. Lots of institutional knowledge and experience in the building. Good health plan options;

Cons

Tuition loan refinancing options but no reimbursement. No upward mobility. Low pay.

Pros

The teams are talented, dedicated and scrappy. they love what they do.

Cons

The company tries its very best to make sure employees know they are unappreciated and expendable. There is no value placed on skill and quality or the target audience, only on income. Very little advancement opportunity. Very Low Pay.
