Pros

Hearst is able to leverage multiple businesses to provide clients with the best omni-channel approach from a direct publisher. The working environment is forward looking and the people are determined to succeed.

Cons

The same huge corporate power that allows for forward progress over time, also creates some bottlenecks between teams that manage client facing roles vs. operations.

Pros

Amazing connections considering how many teams you get to work with. Strong systems put into place where there are clear goals set.

Cons

Pay is not competitive whatsoever, you often have to leave to get paid more. Raises take at least 6-9 months to come into affect after they tell you you are getting one.
