Poor structure and very little growth opportunities for mid-level management

Fantastic brands, heritage and location

Cons

No salary growth - have implemented a salary increase freeze since 2011 and only seem to promote senior level management / very entry level positions. No career growth prospects and very little perks. Building is unkept and dirty making for an unpleasant working environment.

Pros

Very friendly, and competitive salary and benefits package, 401k match was good as well. Company values their employees and this is obvious from the top down.

Cons

Promotions were not a custom or usual topic for discussion for people in support role positions. Growing a career would probably require you to step out of this group.
