Pros

Good chance to learn entry level digital marketing.

Cons

Big egos, not a constructive place to work. Too dependent on print revenue, digital will never be same margins or $ volume. Stay away!

work life balance, support staff, great seminars, real sense of community, great cafeteria, strong relationships between coworkers, offers academic credit

Cons

Little tasks for interns, often forced to do menial tasks, poor scheduling, little preparation for career outside of the internship and no real room for mobility
