Pros

I love this company because of the modern environment, great workspaces, good benefits, friendly people, there is a wonderful gym and café. The pay varies a lot depending on what you do.

Cons

I find the different magazines are silos that don't communicate with each other and there is duplication of duties for each silo. This is being changed but the lack of communication is still quite apparent.
