Pros

Big company. Good location. Nice coworkers(most).

Cons

There's no growth here unless what I've mentioned in the title. If you looks across the manager levels and up, they are all the same. There are no minorities hired for manager positions. You can work as many hours as they need you to but at the end of the project deadline, they don't appreciate all the time and effort you put in.

Pros

Exposed to great ideas and talent. The company is open to innovation and working hard to grow and lead the industry. Exciting time across all divisions. Love the diversity of the business, and that building!

Cons

Layers of bureaucracy can lead to slower-than-desired change and too many cooks in the kitchen. Some big, fragile egos in key roles. Average employees often need to rely on industry news for company updates.
