Pros

Amazing work-life balance. Most days you can be out by 5pm with an hour lunch break. Gym and cafeteria at the office - people work out during the day! Beautiful building. Feels the most financially stable out of all the publishing companies out there. Company wide programming is great though.

Cons

For the division that I worked in, I found it to be a bit boring. I didn't love the sales reps and found them to be very ungrateful and rude. Promotions for my division weren't easy to come by either.

Pros

decent pay structure and benefits

Cons

The expectation was to work day in and out. Don't expect to have a personal life. Also, it's selling phone book ads for a lot of money, in this day and age it's a tough sell. Also the internet packages are a lot cheaper from other providers.
