Pros

Super fantastic company and stellar benefits. Outstanding product and very competent skilled management Great Great Company and allows flexibility and wfh as long as you are hitting goals. Sales is a Performance Based Position,

Cons

Not enough support for the role but they are working on it. Commissions are great if you are a killer hunter and negotiator. Commission structure should be higher considering how much work is involved in the sale, negotiating etc.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, good HR team.

Cons

Was part of a company that was bought by Hearst. We were told there would be "no changes" and things would only get better. Shortly after the deal went through, several colleagues were laid off with no notice, including long time employees. This company considers you disposable at a moment's notice due to "organizational changes." I do not recommend working here.
