Pros
Very Good Food HU is best part, you get very good confidence after HU Founders are very good in nature and approachable, overall good culture various latest tech stack project available (but not ML, at-least for freshers) good to start your career, but keep looking to better as your career grow
Cons
if they say they are offering you B8/junior developer position then please don't go for it asked them to take one more interview round but offer one level up position because you join as lower band you was always judge on that basis, you will not be able to reach your peers(with same experience) level(in terms of salary and other) no matter how hard you work, even if you get promotion in next review process you will still have that tag there will be always salary differences many part of salary comes with condition don't think those as your inhand till you get them, even joining bonus have 2 year lockup time, if you leave before that you need to return that if you selected here, believe me you have more potential, don't settle here go for better
