PS - This is completely an honest review, no marketing. I completely understand how bad people feel if they get into an organisation which doesn't respect them & their thoughts, that's why i decided to write at least for the organisations which i worked for & are doing great, so that it can help others.
Cons
- Deputing employees to client places can be made optional, if not then we got to put certain policies, preemptive measures and enough checkpoints to manage the employees and clients.
- Nothing else which really impacts your work or demotivates you, that's what everyone need at the end of the day :).
