      No challenging work - Would recommend for peaceful life though

      1) 6 months appraisal 2) The choice given to choose projects 3) Peaceful overall

      Cons

      1) No option to restructure salary [ Sodexo / PPF ,etc] 2) Related to pro number 2: They do provide a choice to choose projects but none of the available projects are interesting enough / challenging enough.

You feel that the projects are not challenging, however we believe that every project has its own set of challenges and that an individual’s caliber is being excised to the fullest to resolve the same.
