Pros

One of the worst companies i worked for. culture is bad. The company is extremely corrupt. They dont have any career progression system. promotions are held based who you know not based on merit. terrible 2 year expereince

Cons

Unfortunaly, Halliburton carry a strong brand within the oil and gas industry world. I doubt that this will prevail

Great training programs and good pay directly out of college

Cons

Long hours and days off. Hard to balance work and life. Industry is boom and bust, saw large layoffs during my time there.
