Decent pay with good benefits. Just don't expect much job security especially in the market we are currently in right now.

Cons

Long hours, tons of travel, way too long of training program especially considering you aren't allowed to go at your own personal pace. You are just a number in the company, nothing more.

Cons

Halliburton as a company could not care less about any of their employees. They treat them like money making liabilities. You are overworked and underpaid.
