Pros

Boots on the ground employees are dedicated and provide wholesome work environment

Cons

Management only looks at the business from one month to the next, no long term thinking. First lever to pull is cut people or cut repairs and maintenance on equipment to meet the current months forecasts. Too much control given to area and region managers who are allowed to dismiss proven people because they do not know them, the people were obviously good if they survived in the company for long durations, maybe it’s the managers issue and not the lower level employees
