Pros

There are no pros to this company.

Cons

Company does not value the work that comes from any worker, especially when things go on a downturn for oil prices, they will lay off most of their personnel . It is a matter of when you get laid off. Get treated without respect most of the time. Tough on your health as well as your profesional career.
