      Pros

      A good stable organization, has come a long way to become stable and offers good total rewards. The organization has global footprint which allows staff to work with different cultures. Good transparency for job classifications and packages.

      Cons

      Senior Management is very protective to their positions; they do not offer a lot of vertical career development. International assingments are not offered for IT.

      Not micromanaged, good health plan and 401K, once your in the company you have the ability to transfer to other career paths after a year

      Cons

      Upper management is the typical good old boys club, you are under valued and under appreciated. Salary is lower then competitors pay.
