My boss was pretty good actually. I had a very talented team to work with too. Benefits are not bad with employee stock purchase plan.

Cons

CEO had no plan, no vision. When he had money, he did hiring crazyly. When bussiness is down, he laid off people right away. In 2020, he was the first CEO in Houston annouced significant layoff 30%. We all think it's more than that. The email he sent out regarding layoff had no sympathy for emloyees.
