Pros

Relaxed work environment, casual work clothes (except when meeting clients :D), exceptionally reliable products & tools when conducting a field job, very fun and cooperative people to work with. Work hours sometimes are quite hectic when nearing a deadline, but most of the time its pretty relaxed.

Cons

Pay is much lower compared to other oil and gas service companies causing much of the employees moving around to other companies.

Pros

Flexible work hours are permitted due to remote suburban office location causing many employees to van pool. Overtime is not excessive. Casual dress code is allowed. Gym and day care are available on site.

Cons

No official support for telecommuting or 9/80 work schedules. Benefits, including vacation and paid holidays, are not competitive in marketplace. Employees are encouraged to pend their weekends volunteering to make the company look good. Very limited opportunities for outside training to keep skills current.
