      Halliburton IT passes the buck from group to group but holds the Project Manager accountable for everyone.

      Very competitive pay. Open work environment- core hours with flexible hours of staying later or coming in early. A large variety of positions.

      Cons

      This refers to IT Management: Lack of leadership and communication. No vision as to what the IT organization should be. No accountability. Unrealistic expectations about how teams can work.
