There are some really bright folks at this place, who are real fun to work with. You learn a lot being associated with those teams. But at the same time, there are many teams which does mundane software development, with no innovation and creativity whatsoever.

Cons

Career growth is pretty flat in this company. If you are hardworking and looking to climb up the ladder, this probably is not the most conducive environment to do that
