-The opportunities for growth are good - The type of work is simply great. - You get to work with a bunch of highly competitive people from all around the world. - You get to work around the world in different capabilities

Cons

- Work conditions are not always really friendly - You remain cutoff from the outside world, friends & family for a long time while you are on Rig sites while working.

+good pay for an intern +lots of friendly and knowledgeable engineers +you are given lots of responsibility and work on real projects

Cons

-It is a large company, so everyone is often busy doing there own thing. -It can be hard to work on a project because you'll have to stop and wait on somebody or some equipment that is being used.
