Pros

They give you a lot of responsibility. If you have a good boss, he will give you goals and objectives and allow you to use your own initiative to acheive them. They have some of the best people in the world.

Cons

They provide "social promotions" to some executives to give them experience in areas that they know nothing about. If your manager changes he is probably going to bring in people who support him unconditionally and change out the existing people who might challenge him.

Pros

Very competitive pay. Open work environment- core hours with flexible hours of staying later or coming in early. A large variety of positions.

Cons

This refers to IT Management: Lack of leadership and communication. No vision as to what the IT organization should be. No accountability. Unrealistic expectations about how teams can work.
