      Steady employment; always busy. Some nice people to work with

      Cons

      It seems like politics are more important than work. Poor raises and bonuses. Poor training. Lack of chance for advancement or to show how you can help the company. Micro management. Most of the lead people have no management experience and are not qualified and shouldnt be leaders.
