Pros

Great way to get into the oilfield. They have some of the best technology out there. Things are a little more structured than at most smaller competitors.

Cons

You get little or no training. They are too worried about profit margin, it's hard to get time off that you are entitled to.

Pros

The economic compensation for working in the wells is very high. The company is one of the best in the oil and gas services industry.

Cons

Compensation is not fair based on workload. The basic salary is lower tah other competitor industries. Bad work/ life balance.
