Diversity exists in Halliburton, they truly respect their staff. Employees are treated well in Halliburton.

Cons

I cant find any downside so far. The Company has a culture of diversity and respect for individual employees. I have found the job position interesting and rewarding since I joined Halliburton. My Boss have been great and freindly overall.

Pros

Most of the people working there are decent and know what they are talking about. Everybody does their job with little to no supervision. Healthcare package is decent. Hours are normal. Safe working environment (All PPE provided or reimbursed).

Cons

Upper Management has their job because they are good with numbers, not with people. HR is non-existent after the interview. Promotions are difficult to come by, even when using management's promotion system. Not uncommon for somebody new to make more money than those with time in the company. Business conduct is sketchy at times.
