they dont promote within company and they rarley listen to employees comments about improving things pgls have their little buddies that can get away with anything from picking what shift they work to where they work in department. they over hire when it gets a little busy and you never know when you will be laid off

Good Benefits, lots of good people working together to make it happen. great for single young man with no life but work.

Cons

Lots of hours, pay sucks for work performed. would not be able to make a living if not for the overtime. work is usually 10 days on 4 days off. Days on typically consist of 14-18 hrs a day. hard to have a life. besides this work.
